1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with The Cleaning Box, you agree to our terms and conditions. We provide professional residential cleaning services tailored to your needs.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right at no additional cost.
4. Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. This can be via a key, code, or being present to let the cleaners in.
